For years, I thought the things I struggled to do said something about my intelligence. Discovering ADHD changed that story.
Curiosity had already shown me another side of myself. I learned three languages and taught myself enough about psychology, neuroscience, and ADHD to better understand my own mind and support my child. I also began using AI and vibe coding to build real projects around problems I care about.
My child also has ADHD. Parenting brought the question closer to home: what if criticism, pressure, and control are not the only ways to grow? I now write about the experiments, mistakes, and ideas that help us work with the minds and lives we actually have.
